Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a refund, your book must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us for the return address. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned book.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged book please send us an email at info@adoredillustrations.com.au within 14 days of receipt of the package and we will advise of return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. A sale item is any item that has been purchased specifically as a 'Sale Item' or during a sale period. No discount codes are to be applied on sale items and we reserve the right to cancel any order plus any applicable payment fees if a code is used on any items marked as ‘Sale’.



We accept payment via PayPal, Afterpay and  credit card. PayPal is a secure and convenient way of processing your payment.



If you are ordering from outside Australia, we assume that you are aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

We will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.



From time to time we may offer promotions to our lovely customers. These may include, but are not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways.

These promotions will only be valid for specified periods, and any and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits. Storewide sales may not include pre-order items or some existing sale items due to availability. 
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions, at any time without notice or consequence. Please note shipping may be delayed in periods of promotions or new product launches. 

Any promotions where a 'free product' is advertised will have a specific time frame and any orders outside of that time frame will not receive a free product. Any free products are not available for exchange or return. 



Our books and products remain the intellectual property of the author and artists. The copyright of the illustrations used in all products remain with the artists. The copyright of the text remains with the author.

This content may not be reproduced, re-published or disseminated in whole or in part without the express consent of the individual artists and the author.

Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.



We may occasionally make alterations to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make such modifications without notice or consequence.

Any changes to our processes and procedures that will affect our Terms and Conditions and therefore our customers, will be published on our website and will take immediate effect from their time of publication.



We assume the purchase of any book(s) and/or products is for PERSONAL use only. Please see our Wholesale information in regards to purchasing books with the intention to on-sell. We reserve the right to question multiple quantity orders to ensure the book is only sold through authorised outlets. 



When an item is listed as pre-order it means the item is not currently in stock and will not be shipped until it arrives at our office. We aim to provide accurate delivery details but there are instances where delivery times cannot be certain. If a pre-order item is ordered in conjunction with another item they will not be shipped until the pre-order item is in stock. 



If a discount code is available but is not applied at checkout a refund will not be given for the difference. We offer discount codes to our valuable customers but if it isn't used at checkout we will not deduct/refund the difference. It is up to the customer to use their discount code at checkout. 

When a Storewide discount is applied automatically to products no additional discount code will apply. For example if a Storewide discount of 20% applies to all products the 15% off Sign up discount will not be utilised as a higher discount has already been applied. 



If you have ordered the wrong product or require a refund at your request (e.g. not due to damage) a deduction for the payment processing fee will apply as well as an additional $2 restocking/admin fee and will be removed from the refund request. Please make sure you select your products carefully as due to the volume of orders we receive we are not always able to amend orders before they are sent. 



All items in our seconds sale are 50% off RRP. No further discounts will apply. If you do use a discount code at checkout your order will be refunded (less any applicable payment fees on that order + a $3 restocking fee.)
