REFUND & EXCHANGE
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your book must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us for the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned book.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged book please send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the package and we will advise of return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee any postage time frames and will not refund or resend a new book until an order has been deemed missing for a minimum of 4 weeks.
We accept payment via PayPal, Afterpay and credit card. PayPal is a secure and convenient way of processing your payment.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
If you are ordering from outside Australia, we assume that you are aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.
We will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.
From time to time we may offer promotions to our lovely customers. These may include, but are not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways.
These promotions will only be valid for specified periods, and any and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions, at any time without notice or consequence. Please note shipping may be delayed in periods of promotions or new product launches.
Our books and products remain the intellectual property of the author and artists. The copyright of the illustrations used in all products remain with the artists. The copyright of the text remains with the author.
This content may not be reproduced, re-published or disseminated in whole or in part without the express consent of the individual artists and the author.
Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may occasionally make alterations to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make such modifications without notice or consequence.
Any changes to our processes and procedures that will affect our Terms and Conditions and therefore our customers, will be published on our website and will take immediate effect from their time of publication.
USE OF BOOKS AND FLASH CARDS
We assume the purchase of any book(s) and/or products is for PERSONAL use only. Please see our Wholesale information in regards to purchasing books with the intention to on-sell. We reserve the right to question multiple quantity orders to ensure the book is only sold through authorised outlets.
When an item is listed as pre-order it means the item is not currently in stock and will not be shipped until it arrives at our HQ. We aim to provide accurate delivery details but there are instances where delivery times cannot be certain. If a pre-order item is ordered in conjunction with another item they will not be shipped until the pre-order item is in stock.
If a discount code is available but is not applied at checkout a refund will not be given for the difference. We offer discount codes to our valuable customers but if it isn't used at checkout we will not deduct/refund the difference. It is up to the customer to use their discount code at checkout.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES AT CUSTOMER REQUEST
If you have ordered the wrong product or require a refund at your request (e.g. not due to damage) an additional $2 restocking/admin fee will be removed from the refund request. Please make sure you select your products carefully as due to the volume of orders we receive we are not always able to amend orders before they are sent.
