POSTAGE COSTS - AUSTRALIA

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for Registered Shipping on all orders under $100.00. FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders above $100.00. Express Shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped with tracking using either Australia Post or Sendle and you will receive the tracking details to your email address.

All orders are shipped in a box or bubble wrap depending on how large the order is. We have made an effort to reduce waste and prefer to send items boxed where possible but orders will also be sent out in bubble wrap when/if required. 

The option to add insurance to your parcel is available at checkout. If this option is not selected we will not be liable for any damage or loss of parcel during transit.

~ WE DO NOT COVER REDELIVERY COSTS - Please ensure you double check your address details as we will not refund if parcel is sent back to us due to incorrect address details or items being left at the post office, and purchaser will need to pay for re-delivery. The purchaser will also need to cover the costs of the book being sent back to us. ~

Express Post 

We offer EXPRESS shipping on all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders purchased via Express will be posted Express but they will still be dispatched within our normal timeframes which is 2-3 days from the order date.

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

DELIVERY LENGTH

We dispatch orders every 2-3 days – this includes Express Shipping orders. Purchasing Express Shipping means you are purchasing a faster shipping method not a quicker dispatch. You are welcome to email us and request quicker shipping but this may not always be possible.

Please note during periods of promotions or new product launches our packing time may be increased by a further week. If you require shipping urgently during these periods please select the Express Shipping option at checkout.
